Eager to get involved in Parish life at All Saints and to give back to God through service to God and God’s people? Then, All Saints is the place for you! As a small yet active Parish, All Saints offers a variety of ministerial opportunities that continue to evolve over time.
Ministry includes first and foremost, the Holy People of God, the community of believers at All Saints, who gather to worship and praise God and to have fun in various activities throughout the year. The Altar Guild which provides the necessary elements for Eucharist and special worship Services throughout the year. Contact Person: Mrs. Gloria Johnson.
Eucharistic Ministers who assist the priest at the Eucharist and represent the community of believers gathered around the table. Contact Person: Mrs. Sandy Conlon.
Lectors who proclaim the Word of God in the midst of the assembly. Contact Person: Mrs. Sandy Conlon. The Choir which provides beautiful and inspirational music for worship under the direction of the Parish’s
Minister of Music. Contact person: Ms. Susan Larson.
Acolytes who provide service at Eucharist and enhance worship as young people involved in worship. Contact person: The priest of the Parish.
The Vestry which provides important leadership and governance of the Parish. Contacts: Mr. Steve Dapkiewicz and Mr. Joe Watson, Wardens of the Vestry.
Christian Education facilitators and teachers who provide excellence in leadership of the younger members of the Parish using Godly Play and Gather ‘Round curricula. Confirmation classes are provided every two years, and adult education opportunities are offered throughout the year. Hospitality Ministry which includes the Greeters who welcome visitors and parishioners and those who work to provide ‘goodies’ for the fellowship time following the Sunday Service each week in the Mission House. Counters who are charged with accurately counting the monetary gifts given at worship and who work to provide the Assistant Treasurer with what is needed for accurate bookkeeping.
The Stewardship Committee which provides leadership in the annual pledge campaign of the Parish. Contact person: Mrs. Sandy Conlon.
The Property Committee which provides leadership in maintaining the physical plant of the Parish. Contact person: Mr. Joe Watson.
The Prayer Team Ministry which offers daily prayers for those on the Parish Prayer List. Contact person: Mr. Bill Cameron.
Fundraising Ministry which provides a several activities during the year to help fund operating expenses for the Parish. Contact person: Mrs. Kelly Dickey. On-going fundraising opportunity, Market America. Contact person: Mr. Robert Dickey.
The Men’s Group which provides leadership for special projects during the year and which gathers the first Saturday of every month for breakfast. Contact person: Mr. Dennis Moreno. The Episcopal Church Women group which provides leadership for special projects as needed. Contact person: Mrs. Nancy Dapkiewicz.
Outreach Ministry includes:
- The collection of non-perishable food the first Sunday of every month which is taken to one of two local food pantries to assist in their ministry to those in need.
- The Second Sunday Second Collection which is given to one of two local food pantries or designated for special needs as determined by the Diocesan for special relief needs.
- Habitat for Humanity opportunities once a month. Materials for involvement are available in the Narthex of the Church.
- Providing space for Gamblers Anonymous on Wednesday evenings and Women’s Alcohol Anonymous on Thursday evenings.
- The Parish is always open to the exploration of additional outreach ministry as a way of giving back to God and God’s people in need.
